I shot this photo for a welding story and was very happy with what I came up with. I love how the sparks add detail to the image and the light illuminates just the welder.

This photo was taken in a ceramics class at school. I chose to include this image as I like the angle and focus of the subject.

I shot this photo of a teacher advising a student using a fisheye lense to get a unique effect.

I chose to include this photo of a student fingerpainting a whale as I like the composition of the shot and the busy room that adds to the background.

I like this shot of two lab partners working together because the composition is nicely set up.

I like how in this image I was able to get to a lower perspective to get the palette out of focus but still leading you to the subject.

I took this photo during a newspaper issue planning session of an editor giving her vision. I like how she is centered and no one else is visible.

I enjoy shooting science classes as they have good subject opportunities as well as fun experiments to watch.

This photo shows two students working with clay but I like how it focuses on one person. I chose to include it as it's an interesting shot.

I like this shot of three students working together as it shows an overview type angle and draws you to the project in the center.

In this photo of a student working on a clay piece, you can see the focus in the subject. The simple background helps to add to the photo and simple colors as well.

Taken in a chemistry class, this photo of an experiment with a bunsen burner has a very unique subject. I like how you can see the students conducting it but that the focus is on the blue flame.
